Party bag fillers

Yesterday the girls had such fun filling the party bags for Saturday, although I may have to check the amount of chocolate in the best friends' bags as they look rather full!!!
Here is a photo of the little fleece hand puppets I made for the bags - a boy scientist for each boy and a girl scientist for each girl.

The graphics for the face are the same graphics used for the bags, from Bugaboo Stamps
Today I am working on place labels made of card for the party table as it would apparently be the end of the world if a boy ended up with a hello kitty plate, or if a girl ended up with a spiderman plate!!

I've been advised to start a blog, so here I am!
I am hoping to include details of my new designs for sale; things I am making for friends and family; "how to" make things; and some family fun as well!!
They say that timing is everything, so I start this blog on the day the builders start work on our small extension, and while I am preparing for my twin daughters' 6th birthday party on Saturday!!
Here is a photo of two of the party bags I have made (a girl one and a boy one!).  The party is a "Sublime Science" party and we are all very excited about it!!  I have made embroidered party bags for each child with a scientist on the front and each bag will contain a little scientist hand puppet as well as the usual chocolate and pencils!!

The graphics for the embroidery are adapted from some purchased from "Bugaboo".
